1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ECHOMORROW Publisher (the “Publisher”). By authorizing or using the Publisher, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Publisher is an internal, single-operator tool. You may use it only if you control ECHOMORROW's publishing workflow, are legally able to agree to these Terms, and have authority over every connected social-media account and item of content.
2. What the Publisher provides
The Publisher helps the authorized operator prepare media and metadata, connect an approved platform account, request an upload or publication through official APIs, check processing status, and keep local operational receipts.
The Publisher does not promise that a platform will accept, distribute, recommend, monetize, or retain any content. Availability may change when a platform modifies its API, review requirements, policies, or account eligibility rules.
4. Content and acceptable use
You retain responsibility for content submitted through the Publisher. You represent that you own the content or have all licenses, releases, and permissions necessary to upload, publish, and distribute it.
You must not use the Publisher to:
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or platform-prohibited material;
- spam, artificially manipulate engagement, evade platform review, or bypass access restrictions;
- misrepresent the destination account, the source of content, or the tool's capabilities; or
- probe, reverse engineer, interfere with, or compromise the Publisher or connected platform APIs except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Third-party platforms
YouTube and TikTok are independent services. Their terms, privacy policies, community rules, music and copyright policies, developer policies, and account restrictions apply in addition to these Terms. Platform actions—including removal, visibility limits, monetization decisions, account suspension, or API access changes—are controlled by the relevant platform.
ECHOMORROW Publisher is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Google, YouTube, TikTok, or ByteDance. Platform names and marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Privacy and termination
Our handling of OAuth credentials, platform data, selected media, and local receipts is described in the Privacy Policy. You may stop future access by revoking the Publisher in the relevant platform's connected-app settings and requesting deletion of applicable local data.
We may suspend or discontinue the Publisher when required for security, legal compliance, platform-policy compliance, or maintenance. Sections that by their nature should continue—including responsibility for content, disclaimers, and liability limits—survive termination.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Publisher is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publication, platform approval, particular reach, monetization, or freedom from third-party API changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ECHOMORROW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the Publisher, platform outages or enforcement, unauthorized account access, or content supplied by the operator. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and governing rules
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Publisher, platform requirements, or applicable law. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are interpreted under applicable laws of the Republic of Korea, without overriding mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that may apply.
